Brisbane Writers Festival (BWF) will present Inspire: Happiness, an evening of insightful conversations about happiness and altruism at the State Library of Queensland.
Led by Buddhist monk, author, and photographer, Matthieu Ricard, the Inspire: Happiness event will discuss the concept of happiness and how we can achieve it. Ricard and special guests Toni Powell and Dr. Timothy Sharp will explore our understanding of the human brain, psychology, and the link between the mind and our sense of happiness and fulfillment.
